Codexx consultants were part of the original IBM team that developed the manufacturing best practices benchmarking solution that became PROBE, with London Business School in 1992. Since then they have performed over 100 Probe assessments in the UK and internationally. Codexx is a licenced PROBE facilitator.

PROBE is based on a model of world class manufacturing practices. The Codexx assessment approach uses PROBE as the core and surrounds it with additional methods to help companies understand root cause problems for poor performance and define improvement actions. How healthy is your supply chain?

Find out with a SCAN Supply Chain Assessment. SCAN was developed by Codexx in conjunction with Supply Chain Analytics, BSI and Nottingham University to enabled assessment of end-to-end supply chains against best practices. It provides a 360 degree assessment of the supply chain, covering critical areas such as processes, use of technology, organisation and external relationships. SCAN has been used to assess multiple international supply chains for manufactured products, involving supplier and customer interviews and detailed practice and performance assessment and scoring. This provides an objective view of improvement needs.
