The Codexx Team
We operate a network organisation, using approved Codexx associates, to provide experienced practitioners of change, typically with over 15 years consulting and business experience in multiple business sectors. We can thus bring the right people for the job to work with you – unlike conventional consultants where a project team is often made up from the consultants who just happen to be available... We also bring to market, leading academic skills through our relationships with major UK Universities and business schools. Codexx operates across the UK and Europe from offices in Romsey in the UK.
Alastair Ross
Alastair is Director of Codexx and has worked and consulted with industrial and service companies world-wide in business innovation and best practices for over 20 years. Prior to establishing Codexx he was a Principal in IBM Global Services. Alastair has a BSc from Southampton University and an MSc from Imperial College, London and is published by McGraw-Hill.
Simon Bramwell
Simon is experienced in product innovation in high technology companies having worked in for 23 years in Philips and NXP Semiconductors in both engineering and management. In his consulting role he advises on high technology projects and innovation management.
John Bessant
John is Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Exeter University where he is also Research Director. His areas of research include the management of discontinuous innovation. He is the author of 20 books and has consulted widely to companies and organisations world-wide.
David Francis
David is Deputy Head of the Centre for Research in Innovation Management (CENTRIM) at the University of Brighton. David is a sociologist specialising in firm-level innovation and organisation development. He has acted as a consultant to many organisations and has authored 29 books.
Martyn Luscombe
Martyn is an experienced practitioner in manufacturing and supply chain operations and in training and implementing Lean Manufacturing. Until 2005 he was Operations Director of Manufacturing Business Consultancy at Cranfield University. He has a BSc from Imperial College, London, and an MSc from Birmingham University and is published by Butterworth-Heinemann.
Rick Mitchell
Rick is experienced in product innovation. He was Group Technology Director of Domino Printing Sciences plc. He spent 23 years with Philips in research, strategic planning and general management. He is a Visiting Fellow at Cambridge University and Visiting Professor at Cranfield School of Management.
Denis Pelych
Denis is a seasoned Management Consultant experienced in developing and leading change projects in large and small companies. His experience includes strategy, re-engineering and the application of e-business in the manufacturing, service and public sectors. We was the founding Director of The National B2B Centre at Warwick University.
